The HSSCO/&lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;ECEAP&lt;/span&gt; Project Coordinator works in partnership with the Head Start State Collaboration Office (&lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;HSSCO&lt;/span&gt;) Project Manager and the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (&lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;ECEAP&lt;/span&gt;) Administrator to assist in accomplishing the goals of the &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;HSSCO&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;ECEAP&lt;/span&gt; in &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;DEL&lt;/span&gt;. The position requires three overarching responsibilities –to perform administrative duties, to manage/coordinate specific HSSCO/&lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;ECEAP&lt;/span&gt; projects or initiatives, and to develop and monitor contracts for the &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;HSSCO&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Desirable Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&#10;&lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;DEL&lt;/span&gt; is most interested in candidates who meet or exceed the following criteria:&lt;br /&gt;&#10;• A bachelor’s degree&lt;br /&gt;&#10;• Experience working with Head Start/ECEAP/early learning community&lt;br /&gt;&#10;• Knowledge of Government organization/administrative procedures, including state contracting procedures&lt;br /&gt;&#10;• Knowledge of Head Start and &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;ECEAP&lt;/span&gt; program requirements&lt;br /&gt;&#10;• Ability to communicate effectively both through speech and writing&lt;br /&gt;&#10;• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships&lt;br /&gt;&#10;• Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and database applications&lt;br /&gt;&#10;• Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple projects, with accuracy and within time limits&lt;br /&gt;&#10;• Initiative, flexibility, accountability, responsiveness and willingness to learn.&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Annual Compensation $32,688 &amp;#8211; $42,588, DOQ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;Washington State offers a solid benefits package that includes a state retirement plan, deferred compensation, paid holidays, paid vacation and sick leave, a full array of health, dental, life and long-term disability insurance coverage, and other optional benefit programs.&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&#10;&#9;&lt;p&gt;This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Washington Federation of State Employees (&lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;WFSE&lt;/span&gt;) which contains a “union security” provision.
